Service Value Score (SVS)

Unique to TableRater, each waitron is measured for their service and their knowledge of the restaurants offerings

Their SVS score is an accreditation to their CV, and can be verified at www.tablerater.co.za

Obtaining and maintaining a great SVS score will in turn motivate the waitrons to request ratings from every table.

A restaurant may choose to incentivise waitron staff with regard  to the scores they achieve, creating an air of competitive service excellence.
